Yes. Teams Rooms can join Zoom and Google Meet meetings from the room, once we turn on that option for your rooms.
Yes. With Direct Routing your numbers stay on the Ansio phone system and ring in Teams, or we move them to a Microsoft Calling Plan. Either way customers keep calling the numbers they know.
Direct Routing connects Microsoft Teams to a phone carrier you choose instead of buying calling minutes from Microsoft. We connect Teams to the Ansio phone system, so your team calls from Teams with your own numbers, rates and AI receptionist.
